Nadine Noyé
My name is Nadine Noyé, and I am the External Relations Commissioner of the XXIXth board of the Financial Study Association Rotterdam. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
It was during my exchange at Korea University in Seoul that my interest in finance and business truly developed. While pursuing a business minor, I had the opportunity to explore different areas of finance, strategy and entrepreneurship in an international environment. As a class representative for Venture Capital, I also helped organise meetings with entrepreneurs and gained firsthand exposure to the business world. These experiences made me realise how much I enjoy connecting with ambitious people, exploring new opportunities and working in a dynamic, international environment.
When I returned to the Netherlands, I wanted to take this interest a step further. Rather than simply attending career events, I wanted to be actively involved in creating the opportunities that bring students and companies together. A board year at FSR offered exactly that: the chance to take on real responsibilities, build meaningful relationships with leading financial institutions and contribute to an organisation that continuously challenges itself to grow. What ultimately convinced me was FSR's unique combination of professionalism, ambition and a close-knit team.
"Opportunities don't just happen; you create them."
My role as External relations commissioner
As External Relations Commissioner, I am responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with FSR's corporate partners. An important part of my role is ensuring that our collaborations remain valuable for both companies and students. Through regular contact with our partners, I aim to understand their needs, identify opportunities for collaboration and create events that bring ambitious students closer to the financial industry.
Besides maintaining existing partnerships, I focus on expanding FSR's corporate network. This involves approaching new companies, exploring emerging sectors and identifying opportunities for FSR to grow both nationally and internationally. What makes this role especially exciting to me is the combination of relationship-building, strategic thinking and entrepreneurship.
