Milan de Kimpe

Hello! My name is Milan de Kimpe, and I am the Treasurer of the XXIXth Board of the Financial Study association Rotterdam (FSR). I study Econometrics and Operations Research here in Rotterdam, where I have lived for the greater part of my life.

I chose to study at Erasmus University because of its strong reputation for preparing high-quality students for the working world. However, I also wanted to learn more about businesses and specific areas within finance. Being part of the FSR Board allows me to come into contact with these businesses myself and discover where exactly I want to take the rest of my studies and, ultimately, my career.

My role as Treasurer

My role as Treasurer teaches me asset management and financial responsibility. I am involved in every budget-related decision for our events, while also strengthening my communication skills. Additionally, I organise the Asset Management Tour, the International Venture Capital Tour, our conferences, and our masterclasses.
