Are you wondering if McKinsey is the right company for you? Do you want to experience what it is like to work as a McKinsey consultant for our Digital practice?
The Experience McKinsey Digital Business Course will give you a sneak peek into McKinsey, our Digital practice, our people, and the way we solve complex problems. Guided by a team of consultants you will gain insights on how you can reach your full potential and how you can deepen your problem-solving skills.
From March 30th to April 1st, we will give you an insider’s look into strategy consulting and McKinsey Digital. You will work collaboratively with our Amsterdam & Brussels consultants on a business case in small teams. While you solve a business case you will experience the key elements of consulting.

What is Digital McKinsey?
Digital McKinsey brings together the best of McKinsey’s technology and digital capabilities, combining our Business Technology Office, McKinsey Digital Labs, and our digital functions into one cohesive organization. Digital McKinsey not only advises but also builds, operates, and transfers capabilities to help our clients using digital technology to transform their businesses. With a team of 2,100 consultants and experts across 60 offices, Digital McKinsey works on key technology topics including IT modernization, IT strategy, agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Who can apply?
We welcome applications from candidates who are currently in the final stages of their studies (3rd yr Bachelor and Masters) and who have an affinity with or a background in technology.
Please note that candidates interested in applying for the Amsterdam office must be fluent in Dutch, and candidates interested in applying for the Brussels office must be fluent in either French or Dutch.
Application process
- Apply by uploading your resume and transcripts and conducting our Digital assessment, Solve* before Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 23:59.
- You will need to upload all VWO and WO transcripts for the Amsterdam office
- You will need to upload all university transcripts for the Brussels office
- Based on your application and Solve results, we will select a group of candidates to join our Experience McKinsey Digital Business Course!
