With established cross-border capabilities, CFI focuses exclusively on middle-market transactions, with deal sizes ranging from EUR 20 million to EUR 500 million. With 250 investment banking professionals in 18 countries, across the Americas, Europe and Asia, we provide global coverage advising on both national and cross-border deals in all products and sectors.
CFI offers investment banking advisory services for:
- Buy-side advisory, including targeted search

Benelux practice
Our Benelux team consist of ca. 25 Dutch and Belgian investment banking professionals, based in Amsterdam and Antwerp, focusing on three core sectors: Business Services, Software & IT and Industrials. Besides a great team and a nice working atmosphere, you can find us on Friday afternoons at one of the terraces around the corner, sailing with the company boat on the Amstel or other activities. Furthermore, once a year we go on an amazing trip (New York, Grand Prix Monaco, Ibiza, Dubai) and CFI organises (bi-)annual international conferences where we will meet all our international colleagues.
