About

This event will be hosted by Level 20. Level 20 is a non-profit organization, set up in 2015, to inspire more women to join and succeed in the private equity industry. Their aim is to increase the number of women in the industry and we have set the target of 20% of senior roles to be held by women. This organization have won financial support from over 55 private equity firms, who are all making efforts to improve gender representation in their organizations.

What?

During this event, 4 women that are a member of Level 20 will give a presentation. The speakers are all working in private equity, but each have different backgrounds. During the presentations subjects as; what does private equity mean, what is it like to work within this industry on a daily basis and practical tips will be provided on how you can kick of your career within this field. We will end with a Q&A where you can ask all your questions.
