Are you a motivated and ambitious third-year or master's student? Are you interested in a potential career in the world of Mergers & Acquisitions? Then the M&A days will be just the right event for you! During the M&A days, you will have the possibility to meet some of the biggest M&A offices situated in the Netherlands.
The days will consist of the visitation to these boutiques and where you have the chance to work on real-life cases and put your Corporate Finance skills into practice! The M&A days will also give the opportunity for students to meet with employees and extend their network.

Day 1 | Roodhals Capital and IMAP
During this day, you will vist Roodhals Capital in the morning and IMAP in the afternoon.
Roodhals Capital
Roodhals Capital has been a sponsor of the FSR M&A Days for many years now and challenges you to solve their business case. This year the case relates to a sustainable food company that uses not only financial values, but natural, social and human values as well to manage its business.
Upon arrival to their offices in the historical centre of The Hague, they will let you deep-dive into this corporate finance | M&A case. For three hours you will work in competitive teams and simulate the discussions and decision makings of the various deal parties and stakeholders.
IMAP
During the hands-on workshop that IMAP hosts, you will need all your M&A competences and you get the chance to prove your analytical qualities and communication skills. Not only will you be performing a valuation, but your valuation will be the backbone of your strategy during the actual role played negotiations. In this 3 hour workshop you get a glance of the full M&A process. Now who sells it best?

Day 2 | Nielen Schuman and Oaklins
During this day, you will vist Nielen Schuman in the morning and Oaklins in the afternoon.

During the case of Nielen Schuman you will prepare a pitch for obtaining a buy-side mandate. The students will have to prepare a compelling case using various valuation techniques and will have to prepare a presentation to convince the board of hiring their team.
