FSR Assessment Masterclass 

When applying for a job, you often must take an assessment test. Making an assessment test can cause a lot of stress. After all, if you don't pass the test, the application process might end for you. Assessments are not regular tests where you score a pass or fail. Instead, you compete with other applicants. To show the company your worth and perform well on the assessment, it is very important that you prepare yourself (perfectly). 

An assessment can consist of different parts, such as an ability test, personality test, interview, and role play. Skills that come in handy during an assessment are:
•    the ability to take an ability test in a limited amount of time and remain calm
•    be able to process complex information
•    solve abstract, verbal, and numerical problems
•    anticipate various situations during a role play or interview

On the 1st of June, FSR and Hellotest will organize an online assessment training. During this training, an experienced teacher will guide you through the different parts of an assessment & the before mentioned skills, to optimally prepare you for your future assessment!
