Career Committee

Fluency in Dutch is not required for the application for this committee.

The Career Committee is responsible for the overall execution of the Financial Career Platform.

You will be responsible for the promotion, acquisition, and data analysis of the Financial Career Platform. This platform is the vacancy platform for students! You have the possibility to create a national promotion strategy and explore new possibilities to expand the Financial Career Platform.

On our career platform, we publish many articles per year. As one of the committee members, you are responsible for the publication of several articles. The committee will continue to cover interesting topics related to the broad field of finance and consulting. You will interview people for an interesting perspective on a certain topic and publish this in an article or podcast. You have the freedom to explore your own ideas and topics and write about what you find interesting in the financial sector. Joining this committee gives you the opportunity to meet Managing Directors and other interesting people working at prestigious companies.

In addition to writing articles, you'll be responsible for generating ideas and suggesting companies for our podcast. You are also welcome to record the episodes yourself.

The committee is divided into four different roles:

• Data Officer
  Responsible for the overall execution of data-related tasks.

• Marketing Officer & Content Manager
  Responsible for the overall execution of social media activities and strategic marketing plans.

• Commercial Officer
  Responsible for the overall execution of acquisition activities.

• Publication Officer
  Responsible for the overall execution of podcasts and articles.

Overall, with your committee you will work towards the following things:

• Publishing several finance or consultancy related articles throughout the year

• Interviewing interesting companies and its employees

• Brainstorming new ideas to promote the Financial Career Platform

• Taking our podcast to the new level

• Bringing new companies to our platform

Overall, it is a very flexible and adaptable committee as we do not have event deadlines.
