Kempen & Co is a Dutch Merchant Bank with an international reputation. 480 employees working from the Zuidas in Amsterdam are specialized in financial services to institutional investors, companies and wealthy individuals. All knowledge and experience is focused on four core activities:

Our focus lies with specific products and services in the area of real estate, life sciences and small- and midcaps. We don’t do everything, but what we do, we do best!
Within our core activities we have several internships, which are a good opportunity to get acquainted with Kempen. We are looking for enthusiastic and enterprising starters from diverse study backgrounds. For example economy, econometrics and business administration. Also students from technical studies are welcome to join us, as long as you have affinity with the financial market.
We participate in all kind of recruitment events and also organize in-house events of our own. We have our yearly Kempen & Co Masterclass: two days and two nights of testing your qualities and experience! These moments are a perfect opportunity to put your best feet forward and get in contact with our junior and senior professionals. This way you can experience what to expect when starting your career at the Merchant Bank. The other way around, we can get to know you and your professional knowledge and skills.
