Are you eager to learn everything about both the financial and the legal side of an M&A deal?
Wednesday the 23rd of March, the FSR and the Juridische Faculteitsvereniging Rotterdam (JFR) present the second edition of Dealmakers!
We kick-off the event with a visit to the Houthoff office where you get the opportunity to learn about the legal side of an M&A deal. In the afternoon, the group visits the office of Lincoln International to dive into the finances of an M&A deal. This way, you get to discover the two perspectives that come into play during an acquisition. We will conclude the day with a networking drink!
The application deadline is the on the 13th of March, 23:59!
Please note that fluency in Dutch is required to participate in this event. A legal background is not necessary to partake in this event.
