Open Banking Day Committee
You can only apply for a committee of the FSR if you are a native Dutch speaker.
This year the second edition of the Open Banking Day will be organised. Open Banking is a nickname for the increasing usage of APIs in the international banking sector, which opens up the IT systems of banks and enables new ways of communication between these systems. Open Banking came into the world in a time in which where there is a lot of financial data available and privacy is highly valuated. The Open Banking Day is dedicated to this subject and is organised together with the tech student association Turing Students Rotterdam.
The day will consist of speakers and a workshop. Among last year’s participating companies were KPMG, Erasmus Centre for Data Analytics and Rabobank. The committee will take care of event planning, marketing strategy and execution, management of the day. This is a great opportunity develop your skills and gain more insights in Open Banking!
As a committee member of the Open Banking Day Committee you will:
- Work closely with fellow students;
- Coming up with a theme;
- Set up a promotion plan;
- Support during the event.
